practical tips

  • Use SEQ as complementary data for Task Completion and Task Time metrics.
  • There can be a case when the usability of a task is good, but the task itself can be complex. Please take it into consideration.
  • There can be a case when users select “very easy” event if they failed to accomplish a task or there were some significant issues in the flow. Mark such cases as worth looking closer into.
  • If there’s time, always ask a follow-up question “Why?” to get more context from a user.
